A very fast video (less than 1 minute) with wall installation, batteries, switch on, connection with smartphone, first display simple readings (common to all versions).
- 4 x 1.5V AA alkaline batteries (from a supermarket or a household appliance store, etc. - no China); or 1.5V AA Lithium
- large cross screwdriver; possibly a hammer
- for wall mounting (which we recommend) -> 2 screw-type 5-6mm Fischer with 25mm screw; 5 or 6mm wall drill bit; drill
2s) initial power on; first reading; possible first configuration of the apartment-radiator matches/groups;
You need:
- TermoEasy installed and connected
- smartphone or PC Mac Linux (anything with web a browser installed)
- for the configuration of the apartments-radiator groups you need the full reading from last year (in which, for each apartment, the codes of the counters / distributors are listed) or the installer's report that for each apartment lists the codes of the distributors / consumption counters: who has installed apartment by apartment the counters must have it (and supply it)
Notice: in the video we have accelerated some phases, for example the first power on.
In addition to the video, we have copied online some examples so you can see better:
They are like the one in point 2) but everything is faster.
VIDEO RW VERSION (REMOTE WIFI)
1w) installation and connection;
You need:
- to locate the control unit
- TermoEasy RW or TermoEasy RG
- 4 x 1.5V AA alkaline batteries (from supermarket or household appliance store, etc. - no China); or 1.5V AA Lithium
- large cross screwdriver; possibly a hammer
- for wall mounting (which we recommend) -> 2 screw-type 5-6mm fischer with 25mm screw; 5 or 6mm wall drill bit; drill
2w) initial power on; first reading; first data sending to the server through WiFi;
You need:
- TermoEasy installed and connected
- WiFi access data for the WiFi you want to connect to (= precise WiFi name and password)
- smartphone or PC Mac Linux (anything with a web browser installed)
Notice: in the video we accelerated some phases;
3w) you can check at any time that TermoEasy, when in the OFF/SLEEP position, is correctly "sleeping" while waiting for the next reading (for example in 15 days)
4w) remote reading; possible configuration of the apartments-radiator groups;
You need:
- to have correctly connected and configured TermoEasy; it must have sent at least the first reading
- smartphone or PC Mac Linux (anything with a web browser installed; to change from above here in this video we use a PC...)
- for the configuration of the apartments-radiator groups you need the full reading from last year (in which, for each apartment, the codes of the counters / distributors are listed) or the installer's report that for each apartment lists the codes of the distributors / consumption counters: who has installed apartment by apartment the counters must have it (and supply it)
In addition to the video, we have frozen and copied one reading so you can see better:
If you manually switch TermoEasy ON, it performs a reading like the one at point 2w) and for a few minutes it will stay in the wifi-station mode (ie it is accessible and configurable from a smartphone via the termoinfo.com network / site). After 5 minutes, it switches to remote WiFi mode by connecting to the external wifi you have configured. To bring it back to the internal wifi for configuration, turn it off and then ON again.
Or the power ON takes place automatically via the internal timer: reads, sends data, turns off.
VIDEO RG VERSION (REMOTE GSM)
1g) installation and connection;
You need:
- to locate the control unit
- TermoEasy RG
- 4 x 1.5V AA alkaline batteries (from supermarket or household appliance store, etc. - no China); or 1.5V AA Lithium
- large cross screwdriver; possibly hammer
- for wall mounting (which we recommend) -> 2 screw-type 5-6mm fischer with 25mm screw; 5 or 6mm wall drill bit; drill
- the SIM for connection to the Internet via the cellular network (to be inserted while inserting the batteries, in the video the insertion is not available); no SIM is required with a flat data plan, see notes in the manual
2g) initial power on; first reading; first sending data to the server through GSM/Sim card;
You need:
- TermoEasy installed and connected
- the name of the APN of the chosen GSM telephone provider (provided by the operator or can be searched on the internet)
- smartphone or PC Mac Linux (anything with a web browser)
Note: in the video we accelerated some phases
3g) you can check at any time that TermoEasy, when in the OFF/SLEEP position, is correctly "sleeping" while waiting for the next reading (for example each 15 days)
4g) remote reading; possible configuration of the apartments-radiator groups; You need:
- to have installed and correctly connected and configured TermoEasy; to have seen that it sent at least the first reading
- smartphone Android iPhone iPad or PC Mac Linux (anything with a web browser installed, just to change here we use a PC)
The videos want to be helpful, but they do not replace the paper manual that is small, concise and must be read; the Standard version has a basic manual; the RW and RG versions include the basic manual of the Standard and a second, equally short and concise manual.
